DDR Realty is located at 200 Route 32 in Central Valley, New York 10917. Central Valley is located in Orange County, NY, approximately 55 miles north of New York City. DDR Realty is licensed to conduct Real Estate business in the State of New York by the New York State Department of State.
DDR Realty is a full service Real Estate company offering professional service to buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords in the area of both residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. The company is registered and approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to participant in the bidding process for HUD homes and is extremely familiar with FHA, SONYMA, VA, USDA and Conventional financing procedures.
Every agent who is in association with DDR Realty is required to become a REALTOR® and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). REALTORS® take a sworn oath to operate within the guidelines of the National Association of REALTORS®' Code of Ethics.
Every agent who is in association with our company, in New York State, is also required to become a member of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR), the Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR) and the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service (GHVMLS). The GHVMLS is fully automated and allows the company to search properties and communicate with clients electronically 24 hours a day.
