Danielle is proud to be a REALTOR® and to represent the company. She has lived most of her life in Orange County, NY. Danielle looks forward to using her knowledge and skills to help clients, customers and prospects achieve their Real Estate goals. She gets much joy and satisfaction knowing she is instrumental in doing so. She is a member of the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Danielle majored in History and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts.
Rosario A. Lewis, GRI, SRES
Associate Broker
Rosario enjoys her career as a REALTOR® because Real Estate is all about people. She derives great satisfaction from helping her clients achieve their goals. Rosario finds her work very stimulating, with its endless variety of situations and personalities. In an effort to provide her clients with the best services possible, Rosario often attends Real Estate seminars and continuing education classes to improve her skills and increase her knowledge base. Prior to working in Real Estate, Rosario taught on the high school level in the Pennsylvania Public School System. She is a member of the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Rosario holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and a Master's Degree in Education.
Derrick K. Lewis, ABR, GRI
Principal Broker
Derrick is the Broker-Owner of DDR Realty. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1992 and obtained his Broker's License in 1995. Derrick also retired from law enforcement. While in civil service, Derrick developed a passion for working with and helping people. Focusing on the Real Estate business, this passion has translated into satisfaction for many clients and customers. Derrick continues to educate himself pertaining to Real Estate laws, rules, standards and changes. He is a member of the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute of NAR and a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of NAR. He holds both the GRI and ABR designations from NAR, and is an Approved HUD Broker. Derrick is also a New York State Notary Public and holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science.
